Mainka & Partner AG was founded in 2023 and has developed continuously ever since. Today we employ three permanent staff members as well as additional support staff who assist our team on a project basis.
As an owner-managed company based in Immensee (Küssnacht am Rigi), we combine strategic consulting with operational excellence. We support companies and individuals with complex issues – often with an international dimension.
Focus & areas of activity
Our focus is on business and personal consulting. In addition, we offer specialized services in real estate management (facility management) and international trade.
We work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with a clear focus on feasibility – so that complexity becomes room for maneuver again.

Mainka & Partner AG is managed by Thomas Mainka – an internationally experienced legal expert and manager with a legal and economic background.
With over twenty years of experience, he combines professional precision with strategic thinking and entrepreneurial responsibility.
International career
Born in Berlin, Thomas Mainka completed his legal training in Germany, including in Frankfurt, as well as studying abroad in Rotterdam.
He then worked at the international law firm Norton Rose in Brussels, where he was an expert in EU law in a highly regulated, cross-border environment.
He has lived and worked in Switzerland since 2012.
Legal & strategic expertise
As a legal scholar (including Dipl. Jur., Ass. Jur., DBA in international business law), Thomas Mainka has in-depth knowledge of corporate, contract and distribution law as well as compliance management.
For many years he worked as General Counsel and member of management boards – including at Hapimag AG – and played a key role in shaping international projects and strategic decisions.
In addition, he is involved in key regulatory issues as Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel at Swisscom.
Networking & Responsibility
His activities on administrative and foundation boards, as well as his involvement in professional associations such as the Association of Swiss Corporate Lawyers, underline his broad network and his deep understanding of modern corporate realities.
This experience is directly incorporated into the consulting practice of Mainka & Partner AG.
The heart of the company
Mainka & Partner AG is backed not only by professional expertise, but also by a strong family foundation.
Ewelina Dawidowicz, born in Gdansk (Poland), is a key member of the company. With over ten years of experience as a certified intensive care nurse – including at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital, the St. Anna Clinic and the Sunnehof Immensee – she combines a strong sense of responsibility, compassion and a structured approach to work.
Today, she applies this wealth of experience to the real estate and hospitality sector. As Head Housekeeping Manager at the Küssnacht location of Stay Operations GmbH, she is responsible for high quality standards and efficient processes.
